Parallax Art Fair 23th to 25th October 2015 at Chelsea Town Hall

Claudia's ceramics collection uses mix media of fused ceramics and glass works using different techniques including slip casting, throwing, moulds, slumping and slab work. The fusion between glass and ceramics produce very vivid colours and beautiful patterns that depict the fantastic Drakensberg landscapes that she likes the most.

This collection has been inspired by a number of visits to the Drakensberg mountain range in South Africa where its majestic mountains are covered with a variety of grasses and colourful selection of indigenous flowers, rivers and waterfalls which produce a spectacular range of colours and textures.

The fair exhibits more than 3,000 works of fine, decorative and applied arts from around the world in the beautiful interior of Chelsea Town Hall. The exhibitors range from recent graduates to highly experienced artists with international exhibiting experience. It is a place where different cultures mix and new ideas are shared all in uplifting surroundings and to the accompaniment of Royal Academy trained musicians. It is an experience not to be missed.
